Features

The production line includes bottle washing, sterilization and drying, filling, sealing, lamp inspection, labeling, and related post filling sterilization equipment. Put the bottle into the bottle washing machine mesh belt through the rotary table. After being rinsed multiple times with pressurized recycled water and purified water, the remaining water droplets are blown away by compressed air to complete bottle washing. The cleaned bottles are pushed out from the back by the bottle, and the bottles are fed into the high-temperature sterilization tunnel oven mesh belt through the bottle flipping mechanism. The bottles are preheated, hot air circulated, and gradually cooled in the oven before being dried. Then enter the filling machine mesh belt, the bottle feeding is reliable, and the tracking filling is not easy to produce foam. Electromagnetic oscillation capping, high capping rate, planetary capping, easy adjustment, and stable performance. This machine is designed with advanced filling and sealing technology, and has a compact structure.
