This equipment is mainly suitable for continuous operation of filling, sealing, labeling, and labeling of liquid bottles without gas, such as fruit juices, alcoholic beverages, and seasonings.

All parts in contact with the bottle body are made of 304L stainless steel, and the inner and outer surfaces are polished for easy cleaning and hygiene. The sealing components are all imported components such as silicone rubber or EPDM, which comply with food hygiene and filling requirements.

The bottle washing machine is designed to be able to be rinsed with sterile water to ensure high cleanliness of the bottles.

Adopting the principle of pressure filling, the filling speed is fast and the liquid level is controlled stably.
